Love the aesthetic of this Starbucks and the location is super convenient, but the bad way outweighs the good.

I've tried to be patient with this Starbucks but they get my drink wrong nearly EVERY SINGLE TIME. As someone who used to work for Starbucks, I know all the drink codes and now carefully monitor what they write on my drink when I order to make sure they get it right. I've even watched more senior partners (employees) tell newer employees the wrong codes.

Today is the last day I ever go to this location. I corrected the woman at the register THREE times about what she was writing on my cup. Indeed, the barista was confused (not her fault). I interrupted her to tell her what I wanted (not complicated...literally tea bags with hot water and a splash of cold soy) and it was still wrong. To be fair, the barista was under a lot of pressure as the lines were long and it was loud an chaotic, but all of this could have been avoided if the person at the register would have just listened to me.

If you are the type of person who is willing to just take what they give you, by all means, enjoy this location! But if you want what you ordered, be careful.

Usually pretty good except the line is always so long and it seems like the workers don't really know what they're doing. All I have to say is that it should be common sense that a london fog is made with earl grey tea, not english breakfast. Was really disappointed with my "london fog"

Gorgeous location; horrible service. They are inefficient; they make mistakes; and they fail to correct them.

Five out of the last six times I have been here, something has been wrong with my order. I was employed by Starbucks for five years, even becoming a manager in a high volume store so I know how things should be operating, and this is not the way it should be operating.

Recently, I paid for things they were out of, and I was switched to a cheaper item and was not reimbursed.
Frequently, I see employees chatting or walking around when should be prepping or picking up food or drinks.

The employees seem nice enough, but the manager (if there even is one) needs to get his/her act together because even though this store isn't run by Starbucks, it makes Starbucks look bad.

Awesome remodel of the Suzzallo Library location...except for the loooong lines. Today,  I counted at least 15 people who walked in and gave up and walked back out because the lines were so long.

The space is neat. Mid-century modern furniture meets industrial for a hip look. Nice spot to relax with nice vibes.

But the long lines completely ruin the experience. I just left here at 1:30pm on 1/9/2018 and the line is 30 people deep with ONE register open and 3 baristas, one of whom was restocking things and not making drinks. Jeez. I waited more than 25 minutes to get my cup of coffee and I should have just given up and left.

I have no idea what they were thinking with this remodel. The lines were bad enough at the the old Suzzallo cafe before they remodeled it, and they used to have three registers going all the time. Now they have fewer registers and the lines are even WORSE.

Tip to management: You seriously need to have 5 registers going non-stop and like 10 baristas just making drinks, even in the afternoons.
